Prices are in EUR. All rates are subject to change depending on the length and complexity of the material.
If a script is provided for tracks or videos, I will charge by "Text" rate + a flat 5€ fee for checking the accuracy, the tone, and overall quality of the text provided.
I reserve the right to refuse the provided script if I consider that its quality poses a problem for my work. Therefore, the "Video" rate will be applied.
Be aware that Paypal charges 2.9% + 0.30EUR.

I retain the right to refuse your commission.
You must have sufficient funds readily available to pay for the commission.
Estimated completion time given at the beginning of our discussion may be subject to change. I engage myself to openly communicate with you as work progresses, and warn you if delays were to arise.
In return, you agree to keep in contact during the commission process and provide me with reasonable feedback to ensure a satisfactory end product.
You will not request refunds without contacting me first to discuss any dissatisfaction with your order.
You will not use my translated work to feed AI programs.
You may not alter, reproduce or repost the commissioned work in any way.
You will provide the necessary material for me to translate, in its original resolution or highest available resolution. I will not buy or offer discount to acquire the material.
I retain the right to post the finished work on my social media platforms or use it as example for my portfolio. You will have to warn me beforehand if you wish to keep the commission private.
You will give credit to my entity (Cae or Caelan) and link back to my social media handle (@odorekijin) if the commissioned piece is used or publicised. This should be clearly visible.
You must provide information regarding deadlines upfront when applying for a commission. I am not responsible for not meeting deadlines that have not been agreed upon.

payment

All commission payments are completed through PayPal.
Payment will be made 50% upfront, and 50% on delivery.
Payment will be made via an upfront payment request for 50% of the total price, to be paid before work begins. Upon completion of the commission, an invoice for the remaining 50% will be sent to you. This must be paid before you receive the completed files.
A valid email address must also be provided in order for me to send invoices to you, in case other contact methods fail.
A 2.9% +0.30EUR invoice fee is payable. The client is responsible for paying these fees.
The finished work will only be sent to you after I received the second payment.
All payments must be made within five days (Net 5) of receiving the invoice. Failure to send payments within this time may result in an order cancellation. In case of failing to forward the second payment, your first 50% will be non-refundable.

workflow

Contact me via DM (@odorekijin), Discord (odrcaejn) or e-mail ([email protected]).
You provide the source material. We discuss the complexity of your commission, possible arrangements, and other dad jokes.
I may take up to three (3) days to reply to your initial commission request.
If both parties are in agreement with the quote, estimated delivery time and terms provided, an invoice will be issued. This initial invoice will only be sent when I am ready to begin working on your commission.
At this time I may need to request personal information to correctly fill out invoice details.
After receiving payment, work will begin. If your commission is on the longer side, I will periodically update you on my current progress. Discussions between parties are open at all times.
Once I'm done, I will send an invoice for the second payment. This payment must be sent within five (5) days. Files will only be sent after receiving full payment.
After you receive the files, you have 24 hours to review the product, indicating your satisfaction with the final product. After this, no additional service, corrections or refund will be provided.
